Ordering from CMCC is a simple matter. Most coins and accessories can be purchased through telephone, fax, or e-mail with a valid credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted). NOTE: Our toll-free line is for orders only, general inquiries should be conducted through any of our other contact methods.

Shipping Rates are C$8.00 in Canada, C$15.00 to the U.S.A. (incl. Hawaii), and a minimum of C$35.00 overseas (including South America). These shipping rates assume typical orders. Large quantity or heavy or oversized packages will result in increased shipping fees. Applicable tax (HST/GST/PST) applies to orders from Canada.

Have your credit card information ready (card type, name on card, card number, expiry date, billing address).

Mail orders can be sent to 1425-4540 No. 3 Rd, Empire Centre, Richmond B.C. V6X 4E4. We remind our clients residing in the United States or outside of Canada to apply the correct postage. Please consult your local post office to ensure needless delay of your mail by applying the correct postage.

Checks or money orders should be drawn in Canadian Dollars or US dollars at the appropriate exchange rate. Optionally, our staff can book an order for you in US funds, and you simply send that amount. Certified funds are preferred, especially for large orders (over $200). Uncertified funds are welcome but subject to bank clearing delays of up to four weeks. Patrons paying with checks drawn outside of North America are requested to telephone us first to confirm details. Ideally, foreign customers should remit a US or Canadian dollar bank check, or pay with a credit card. In-person purchases may be paid by personal check for approved transactions. Please enquire in advance of making your selections and have proper identification ready.

Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted for all purchases (bullion related items incur a 3% additional charge). Because we verify the statement billing address with the credit card company before making shipment, it is imperative that this is the address you provide. Foreign credit card customers are reminded that due to the increased time and effort involved in verifying foreign credit cards that a delay of up to two weeks could result before your order is shipped.
